The first of these initiatives, a white paper discussing the critical decision making factors to selling CRM applications in the evolving economy, will be presented during Onyx’s North American conference tour.

Highlighting key findings from qualitative interviews with high level IT executive decision makers of Fortune 1000 companies, the research validated the critical decision making factors found to be of highest priority with executive IT decision makers.
